Years ago when I was much greener around the ears I used every opportunity to let people know I was a Hypnotist and had it printed on business cards which, if I do say so myself, looked very smart indeed. Whenever someone asked me what I did I would reply with great enthusiasm ‘I’m a Hypnotist’ and observe the look of alarm that inevitably spread across their faces as they absorbed the information.
I could almost hear what they were thinking. Can he read my mind? Will he turn me into a chicken? Over this period I grew to relish the minor panic that word would induce and truth be told there were situations where I’d mention it on purpose just to enjoy the effect. Some would step back to establish a clear distance between us as if I were a customs official who’d just announced he was about to perform a full body cavity search. Often it drew the hilarious quip ‘Better not look into your eyes then’. Ha ha very funny mate. It was almost as though the very word hypnotist sent them into a trance. When I handed out my flashy business card, people would glance at it and I can’t tell you how many times they responded with ‘Ah, hypnosis, does it work?’ I mean really. What kind of answer did they expect? No it’s complete rubbish? Load of old nonsense? Don’t risk it mate? The real answer of course is yes it works beautifully well thanks. But in my naivety it took ages to develop such a clear response to let people know that this is a safe and effective therapy for most of the conditions we face in modern life. For instance, stress becomes a thing of the past when you discover the simple techniques I teach people.
Hypnosis is a wonderful therapy that helps people in many ways but it is even more effective when combined with any of the other modalities I practice such as tapping, NLP, Psy-Tap, Eye-movement therapy and others. Together they provide the perfect tools to solve issues such as anxiety, fears, phobias, smoking, weight, pain, confidence, energy, sleep, happiness etc. They are also brilliant if you want to quit an addiction such as cigarettes, cocaine, chocolate, crisps, Champagne or anything else beginning with c.
For anyone wishing to raise their performance level in sport, business, acting, dancing, singing or any other art or discipline I can help you boost confidence and focus so that you enter inspired mental states and perform at the height of your powers in no time at all, guaranteed. Yes guaranteed. How can I be so sure? Because I see my clients enjoying the positive benefits of it every day. For many it is life-changing.
So just in case you are in any doubt let me state that I am a highly qualified and experienced Hypnotist. Not a stage Hypnotist who makes a joke out of it but a Hypnotherapist who helps people very quickly with issues that in many cases they can’t find a solution for anywhere else such as IBS, chronic fatigue and depression. I know Hypnosis is not a subject familiar to everyone so let me assure you that it is an enjoyable and relaxing experience. And if you need any further assurance let me mention that I have worked at fourteen professional football clubs and with a number of top world athletes, celebrities, business leaders and other figures from the world of arts and entertainment (including a number of world champions). Practically all of them were sceptical about it until they experienced the wonderful effects.
